Meet Jason Tan — Investor, Investment Specialist & Team Leader at Partner Real Estate
Jason Tan’s story is one of perseverance, hard work, and the pursuit of the American Dream. Arriving in the United States from Vietnam as a refugee in 1986, Jason embraced every opportunity this country had to offer. Having started work in a factory at just 13 years old and with only a 2nd-grade education, he went on to graduate from Belmont High School and later earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administrative Management from California State University, Los Angeles, where he focused on finance and economics.
Before entering real estate, Jason spent eight years in Corporate America, gaining valuable experience at companies such as Arco, Prudential Insurance, Signet Jewelers, MacMall, and Countrywide Home Loans. In 2003, he followed his passion and obtained his real estate license — launching a career that would combine his business expertise with his entrepreneurial drive.
During the financial crisis of 2007–2012, while others pulled back, Jason saw opportunity. He purchased his first investment property in Victorville and began managing his own portfolio. Today, he owns multiple positive cash-flowing properties in the High Desert and has helped investors acquire more than 100 income-generating properties, producing hundreds of thousands in passive income and appreciation.
Jason brings over two decades of real estate experience, a deep understanding of investment strategy, 1031 exchanges, and financial leverage, and a genuine passion for helping others achieve financial freedom through real estate.
A devoted father of three, Jason resides in Rosemead and Apple Valley. He holds a California Real Estate License, Life and Health License, and Series 6 and 63 Securities Licenses, making him uniquely qualified to guide clients in both real estate and wealth-building strategies.
Jason speaks fluent Vietnamese, Cantonese, and English, and continues to help individuals and families achieve their dreams of financial independence through smart real estate investments.
