Daniel’s journey into real estate is a powerful story of resilience, creativity, and drive. Growing up in a family that owned apartment buildings and medical facilities, Daniel saw early on the long-term value of real estate as an investment. This foundation planted a seed that would one day grow into his full-time career — but not before a remarkable and multifaceted journey through sales, music, and personal perseverance.
From Corporate Hustle to Creative Harmony
Before stepping into real estate, Daniel built a strong career in corporate sales — first as a District Manager for ADP, where he led teams in payroll services, and later as a corporate travel negotiator managing contracts worth over $2 million in air spend for Corporate Traveler.
Yet even with his success in these industries, Daniel felt something was missing. A lifelong musician — skilled in piano, guitar, and vocals — he decided to take a leap of faith and pursue his passion for music. He wrote and recorded an album at Robert Lang Studios in Seattle, where legendary artists like Nirvana, Dave Matthews Band, and Foo Fighters once stood behind the mic. After cold-calling record labels, Daniel signed with Rock Ridge Music and Warner Music Group/ADA, performing at major festivals such as SXSW in Austin, Texas.
That chapter taught him about persistence, creativity, and courage — qualities that now define his real estate career.
Family, Faith, and a New Beginning
Daniel’s path took a turn when his father — who had inspired him to begin flipping houses — was diagnosed with multiple blood cancers. Everything paused as Daniel focused on helping his father recover. Thankfully, after extensive treatment, his father has now been in remission for over five years.
With renewed purpose, Daniel chose to continue the legacy his father began. Picking up the phone, he started cold calling — and within months, secured over $6 million in listings. The rest, as they say, is history.
