Judit Vidak was born and raised in Budapest, Hungary. As an athlete — first a swimmer on Hungary’s national Olympic Team and later a water-polo player — she learned discipline, teamwork, and resilience at an early age. Those lessons continue to guide her every day.
In the early 1990s, Judit met her husband and moved to the United States to begin a new chapter. After settling in California, she discovered a new passion — golf — drawn to its challenge, focus, and peaceful connection with nature.
As her children grew, Judit became deeply involved in their sports and school activities — from cheering in the stands to serving as a team mom. These experiences grounded her in the community and strengthened her belief that trust and strong relationships can transform lives.
Entrepreneurial Beginnings and First Investments
Judit’s entrepreneurial spirit appeared early. After finishing school, she managed clubs and opened her first restaurant with friends by age 27. Yet her true passion began even sooner — when she purchased her first home at 22 and remodeled her first investment property at 26.
That experience changed everything. Judit realized that real estate is more than an investment — it’s a way to create stability, success, and joy for others. Since then, she has spent decades working with investment properties and ultimately earned her real-estate license to help others achieve their own goals.
She also completed professional education in probate real estate, allowing her to guide clients through specialized and emotional transactions with empathy and confidence.
Building a Life and Career in California
When their first child was born, Judit and her husband moved from Beverly Hills to Calabasas, attracted by its family-friendly lifestyle and excellent schools.
Her involvement in local sports and education gave her a deep understanding of the West San Fernando Valley’s most desirable communities — including Calabasas, Woodland Hills, Encino, and Sherman Oaks. That local knowledge allows Judit to help families find neighborhoods that perfectly fit their needs and values.
