Growing up in Texas, Sami’s love for real estate started at a young age—sparked by his favorite HGTV shows and inspired by his grandfather, a licensed Chicago agent, and his uncle, who flipped and built properties in the Los Angeles area. By 25, Sami had purchased his first home in Austin, followed by another just three years later. In 2021, he proudly helped his mom secure her first property, successfully negotiating a major discount off the asking price.

From managing rentals to exploring new builds, Sami’s done it all! He’s a landlord with real-world experience in both short-term and long-term rentals, and a passion for helping others do the same.
