From Family Roots to Real Estate Leadership, A Journey Fueled by Passion and Purpose
Lori Hintz brings a wealth of experience, dedication, and heart to her role as the Designated Broker-Officer at Partner Real Estate. Her professional journey began in restaurant management, where she mastered customer service, leadership, and the value of hard work. But it was her desire to prioritize family, following the birth of her first son, Mark in 1989, that led her to manage the office of her husband’s family business and, ultimately, discover her passion for real estate.
Inspired by her in-laws’ success in property investment, Lori earned her real estate license in 2003 with the goal of helping her own family build wealth through real estate. That vision quickly evolved into a mission to help others achieve the dream of homeownership. With the arrival of her second son, Robert, in 1998, real estate provided Lori the flexibility to be a hands-on mom while building a meaningful and successful career.
Lori’s journey has not been without challenges. In 2012, she faced the heartbreaking loss of her husband, Michael, to cancer. Navigating grief while trying to sustain a real estate business tested her resilience. Everything shifted in 2018 when she was introduced to Rudy Lira Kusuma’s team. For the first time, Lori no longer had to prospect or cold call, the system provided ready-to-serve clients, allowing her to focus on delivering exceptional results and building lifelong client relationships.
As the Designated Broker-Officer of Partner Real Estate, Lori Hintz holds a vital leadership role with legal and supervisory responsibilities. She is the designated corporate officer responsible for overseeing and controlling all activities that require a real estate license, conducted on behalf of the corporation by its officers and employees. Lori works in close communication with Partner Real Estate’s corporate legal counsel to ensure compliance, ethical standards, and best practices across all transactions. A passionate advocate for lifelong learning, Lori actively invests in her continuing education. She has completed the California Association of REALTORS® C.A.R. Certified Forms Trainer Course, RPA & Addenda Module, an elite “train-the-trainer” program led by C.A.R. Legal staff. This certification enables Lori to teach the most current and accurate usage of California’s Residential Purchase Agreement (RPA-CA) and its related forms. She now leads weekly contracts training exclusively for Partner Real Estate associates and provides one-on-one coaching to agents on using key forms such as the RPA, Buyer’s Inspection Advisory, Requests for Repairs, Contingency Removal, Notice to Perform documents, and more. Her guidance helps agents confidently prepare, present, and respond to offers with clarity and legal accuracy.
In 2022, Lori was honored to be appointed Designated Broker-Officer by the shareholders of Partner Real Estate, a milestone that reflects her leadership, perseverance, and unwavering commitment to excellence. Today, she leads with empathy, purpose, and a deep commitment to the continued growth and education of the team. Partner Real Estate’s investment in agent development, covering the cost of ongoing learning, is something Lori values deeply, and she continuously pours her knowledge back into those around her.
Now, with both of her sons also pursuing their dream careers, Lori is living hers. She remains grateful each day for the opportunity to help others find home, success, and stability, one key at a time.
