From Budapest to California: My Journey from Investor to Real Estate Professional
Sometimes all we need is someone who truly listens—someone who respects your ideas, gives honest guidance, and helps turn possibilities into reality. That belief has shaped my life and my career in real estate.
Roots and Early Inspiration
I was born and raised in Budapest, Hungary. As a swimmer on our national Olympic team and later a water polo player, I learned discipline, teamwork, and resilience—values that still guide me every day.
In the early 1990s, I met my husband and moved to the United States to begin a new chapter. After settling in California, I fell in love with golf—the challenge, the focus, and the quiet connection with nature. As our children grew, I threw myself into their school and sports communities, from team-mom duties to cheering in the stands. Those experiences grounded me here and showed me how trust and relationships can change lives.
Entrepreneurial Beginnings & First Investments
Entrepreneurship came early: by 27, I was running clubs and had opened my first restaurant with friends. Real estate, though, was the spark. I bought my first home shortly after my 22nd birthday and remodeled my first investment property at 26. I saw firsthand how real estate could create security, stability, and joy—not just for me, but for others.
That first project launched a lifelong connection to property investment across many asset types. I eventually earned my real estate license so I could help clients achieve the same kind of success. To better serve families during complex and emotional transitions, I also completed additional professional education, including probate real-estate training.
Building a Life and Career in California
When our first child was born, my husband and I moved from Beverly Hills to Calabasas for its family-friendly lifestyle and excellent schools. Years of involvement in local sports and education gave me a deep understanding of West San Fernando Valley communities—Calabasas, Woodland Hills, Encino, and Sherman Oaks. That local knowledge helps me guide families toward neighborhoods that truly fit their needs and values.
Today, as a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and the Southland Regional Association of REALTORS® (SRAR), I combine local insight, investment expertise, and a service-first mindset to deliver exceptional results.
The Power of Partner Real Estate
At Partner Real Estate, my clients benefit from resources that give them a real edge:
- Hidden Inventory Access – I connect buyers with homes not visible online or on the public MLS, including off-market and pre-market opportunities.
- Global Buyer Network – Sellers gain worldwide exposure through our international network, often generating multiple offers—even before a home is publicly listed.
- Daily Training & VIP Guarantees – Ongoing training keeps me sharp for high-stakes negotiations. VIP clients receive exclusive guarantees designed to protect their interests and provide peace of mind.
These advantages consistently help my clients succeed—whether buying, selling, or investing.
Service Beyond Business
Giving back is part of who I am. For every home I sell, I donate a portion of my income to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the Dream Center of Los Angeles, which provide vital support to families in need. To me, giving isn’t an obligation—it’s a privilege.
Why I Love What I Do
Real estate isn’t just about property—it’s about people: their dreams, their families, their futures. Watching a family step into their dream home or helping someone improve their circumstances never gets old. If you’re looking for a REALTOR® who listens, who tells you what you need to hear (not just what you want to hear), and who truly walks the walk, I’d be honored to guide you.
Let’s turn your goals into reality—and make your next move your best one yet.
