Janet Dalumpines Martinez was born and raised in Cebu, Philippines, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. Shortly after graduating in 1990, she moved to California and made the San Fernando Valley her home. She began her professional career in the medical field as a laboratory technician, an experience that sharpened her analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
In 1994, after her family purchased their first home, Janet discovered a lasting passion for real estate and the life changing power of homeownership. Inspired by that experience, she became a licensed real estate professional in 1997 and has since dedicated her career to guiding buyers and sellers with integrity, care, and expertise.
In 2008, Janet relocated to the Antelope Valley, where she continues to live and serve the community today. With decades of experience, she has helped countless individuals and families achieve their dream of homeownership, finding not just a house, but a place to truly call home.
