Before transitioning into real estate, Jae served as a U.S. Army medic, where he developed discipline, leadership, and integrity, values that continue to guide his work today. He also brings significant mortgage industry expertise from his time as a loan originator, where he funded $21 million in residential home loans in a single year and ranked in the top five percent of loan officers nationally at AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation. This background allows him to provide strategic financing insight, with specialized guidance for veterans using VA Home Loans.
Having lived across Asia, Europe, and North America, Jae brings a global perspective and the ability to connect with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. As a Korean English bilingual professional, he is committed to serving both the Korean community and veteran families with clarity, respect, and care.
Jae holds a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and is currently pursuing his MBA at the University of Southern California, strengthening his skills in business strategy, negotiation, and market analysis.
Outside of real estate, Jae stays active through CrossFit, enjoys traveling, and follows English Premier League soccer. He is also an avid football and Los Angeles Dodgers fan. Jae lives in Los Angeles with his wife and daughter.
