Ivan Rayas is the heart of operations at Partner Real Estate. As Office Manager, he plays a critical role in creating a smooth, supportive environment where real estate agents thrive. Ivan oversees the onboarding process for all new associates, ensuring every agent completes our step-by-step Partner Onboarding Checklist and is fully equipped to qualify for our exclusive, company-generated customer opportunities.
He leads our in-person Agent Orientation sessions, guiding agents through the systems, tools, and support structure that set Partner Real Estate apart. Ivan is also the driving force behind all of our live in-person events, managing everything from weekly training sessions to company-wide celebrations. Whether it’s our monthly Top Agents Celebration, quarterly Lunch & Learns, or the annual Partner Real Estate Awards, Ivan ensures every event runs seamlessly and reflects our culture of excellence and community.
With over a decade of experience in leadership and operations—including 13 years in the healthcare industry—Ivan brings structure, professionalism, and a deep sense of service to every aspect of his work. His background in managing CRM systems, leading ISA teams, and supporting high-performance real estate teams has given him the tools to elevate the Partner experience for agents and clients alike.
Born in East L.A. and raised in South Gate, Ivan has always been driven by problem-solving, continuous improvement, and a commitment to personal growth. Outside of work, he’s a proud husband and father of three. His family shares a love of travel, hiking, and quality time together—having explored 28 U.S. states and counting.
