    Hazel Tubayan is the Corporate Account Manager at Partner Real Estate — a vital leader behind the systems, strategies, and support that power our agents’ success.

    Since joining the team in 2016 as an Inside Sales Agent, Hazel has worked her way up through nearly every operational level of the company — ISA, Customer Service Manager, Sales Manager, Agent Success Manager — and now, as the Corporate Account Manager, she plays a mission-critical role in ensuring that our agents not only get quality leads, but also the structure, coaching, and systems to convert those leads into closings.

    With over 15 years of experience in real estate operations, inside sales, customer service, and executive-level support, Hazel understands the full journey of a real estate agent — from lead to deal, and every challenge in between.

    Manages Corporate Lead Accounts 
    Hazel is the point person responsible for our relationships with top lead partners. She tracks lead flow, monitors performance, enforces follow-up compliance, and ensures that every incoming opportunity is matched to the right agent. Her work directly impacts your ability to receive high-quality leads and convert them effectively.

    Oversees CRM Systems and Lead Management  
    Hazel maintains data integrity across all lead platforms and CRMs — ensuring leads are properly tagged, routed, and followed up with. She tracks response times, contact attempts, and conversion metrics, while also coaching agents to maintain best practices. Agents who work with Hazel benefit from faster lead delivery, better follow-up habits, and a well-organized database that supports higher conversion.

    Coaches and Supports Agent Success Managers 
    Hazel trains and mentors our Agent Success Managers (ASM) — the dedicated coaches who work one-on-one with agents. She ensures ASMs are equipped with scorecards, coaching tools, performance trackers, and accountability frameworks. Hazel’s leadership ensures that every agent gets consistent, personalized guidance to help improve performance and close more deals.

    Leads Through the Inside Sales Team  
    Through the ISA Manager, Hazel sets clear performance expectations for appointment setting, contact rates, and response time. She supports daily call coaching, script development, and reporting — helping our ISAs become a consistent and reliable source of appointments for the agents they support.

    Handles Compliance, Escalations, and Agent Accountability
    From following our corporate accounts rules to addressing client complaints, Hazel ensures that our agents are always representing the brand and partner platforms with professionalism and consistency. She tracks issues, provides solutions, and safeguards the company’s reputation with both clients and platform partners.
