She serves as the primary liaison with key partners such as Zillow, Realtor.com, PrimeStreet, and Ojo, ensuring compliance with platform standards while maximizing opportunities for clients and associates alike.
Hazel also manages CRM operations across platforms including Follow Up Boss and Zillow Premier Agent, where she ensures data accuracy, lead routing efficiency, and compliance with partner requirements. Her attention to detail and commitment to process improvement allow her to create seamless workflows that support both agents and leadership teams.
In her role as Agent Success Manager, Hazel mentors and guides a team of success managers, empowering them with structured coaching frameworks, accountability systems, and professional development initiatives. She further supports the Inside Sales Agent department by collaborating with managers to set performance metrics, implement script training, and monitor conversion results.
Beyond sales and coaching, Hazel is a trusted coordinator for Partner Real Estate’s Philippine-based staff, overseeing onboarding, attendance, and team communications, while also serving as HMO Liaison Officer to ensure employee benefits are effectively managed.
