Since joining the team in 2016 as an Inside Sales Agent, Hazel has worked her way up through nearly every operational level of the company — ISA, Customer Service Manager, Sales Manager, Agent Success Manager — and now, as the Corporate Account Manager, she plays a mission-critical role in ensuring that our agents not only get quality leads, but also the structure, coaching, and systems to convert those leads into closings.

Hazel trains and mentors our Agent Success Managers (ASM) — the dedicated coaches who work one-on-one with agents. Hazel’s leadership ensures that every agent gets consistent, personalized guidance to help improve performance and close more deals.
Leads Through the Inside Sales Team
Through the ISA Manager, Hazel sets clear performance expectations for appointment setting, contact rates, and response time. She supports daily call coaching, script development, and reporting — helping our ISAs become a consistent and reliable source of appointments for the agents they support.
