Dave Hobbs – Real Estate Professional
Dave Hobbs began his sales career at just 15 years old, inspired by the principles of Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill and Mastering the Art of Selling by Tom Hopkins. Those early influences shaped his lifelong commitment to personal growth, entrepreneurship, and client-first service.
By age 25, Dave launched and operated a high-end limousine service in Los Angeles, delivering premium customer experiences. After successfully selling the company, he transitioned into construction, founding an upscale swimming pool business specializing in complex rooftop and hillside projects across Los Angeles and San Diego.
In 2018, Dave expanded into real estate, quickly moving into international transactions and helping clients navigate property ownership in Baja, Mexico—where he also owns a second home. Today, he works with buyers and sellers on both sides of the border, providing clear guidance in an ever-changing market.
Dave’s approach remains rooted in the values he developed early on: integrity, trust, and putting clients’ needs first.
Outside of real estate, Dave is a devoted father to his adult son with Down syndrome and is actively involved in his daily life. Together, they enjoy traveling to their Baja beach home, exploring the desert near Borrego Springs, and embracing outdoor adventures like camping and RV trips.
