Anita Gunawan Witecki is a respected leader in the real estate industry with over 15 years of experience. Born in Jakarta, Indonesia, Anita moved to the U.S. in 1999 and earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Cal Poly Pomona in 2005, graduating cum laude.
Anita’s journey in real estate began in 2009 at RE/MAX, where she quickly rose from a front desk assistant to the role of Accounting Director and Transaction Coordinator. Since earning her real estate license in 2012, she has been involved in a wide range of transactions—from traditional home sales to REOs, short sales, distressed properties, and probate sales.
Today, Anita serves as the General Manager at Partner Real Estate, where she plays a vital leadership role. She oversees the Compliance Department, ensuring every transaction is fully compliant with legal and industry standards. Anita works closely as a liaison between our associates and Partner Real Estate legal team as well as our corporate legal counsel, handling complex legal matters with care and professionalism.
She also manages the Transaction Coordinators (TC) Team, ensuring every file is complete, accurate, and on track—from start to close. In addition, the Office Manager reports directly to Anita, making her the key point of contact for all operational and administrative functions within the brokerage.
Anita holds certifications from the California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.) as a Certified Transaction Coordinator (CTC) and Office Management Certification (OMC). She brings a strong background in accounting, legal coordination, operations, and team leadership to her role.
Driven by her passion for excellence, teamwork, and service, Anita is known for her attention to detail and ability to lead with heart and precision.
Outside of real estate, Anita is an active member of Jesus My King Church Los Angeles, serving as Treasurer and as part of the Worship and Prayer Teams. She also previously served for three years as a Group Discussion Leader with Bible Study Fellowship in Covina. A former Team Leader of her high school’s Flag Hoisting Troop and a national candidate for Indonesia’s official flag team, Anita has been demonstrating leadership since a young age.
She is fluent in both English and Indonesian, and enjoys traveling, cooking, and baking during her free time.
